The official website store provides a 6-month standard warranty for purchases, whereas on other online sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and beyond, the warranty period is 3-month. The warranty does not cover any products, except for the following:
- Scent Delivery System
The warranty provides assurance that the mentioned products, along with all their components, are free from material and workmanship defects during normal use and service. Please keep in mind that improper product use or maintenance (for example, water or oil leakage into the electric part) will void your product warranty.

When you buy from our official website store, you will enjoy a 1-year extended warranty starting from the date of purchase. For orders placed on other online sales platforms, you will receive a 6-month extended warranty from the date of purchase.
Be sure to join us within the first 14 days from your date of purchase; otherwise, the standard warranty duration is subject to the point of purchase.
The following items are not covered by warranty:
- Damage to the product as a result of the customer failing to adhere to standard operating procedures outlined in the user's manual.
- Damage brought on by mishaps, abuse, alterations, or tampering.
- Incorrect use of electrical supply and voltage or the use of fast charging.
- Damage due to corrosion, rusting, and general wear and tear.
- Damage caused by essential oils that are not intended for use with an Aroma Nebulizer.
- Defects and damages caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, adjustment, or any other type of alteration or modification.
