DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER:


Singapore Delivery

We are pleased to offer free standard door-to-door delivery on orders that meet a minimum purchase requirement (available exclusively in Singapore). A fixed delivery cost for standard service will be applied to orders that fall below the stipulated minimum.

  • Local delivery is only available within Singapore.
  • Free delivery for orders $20.00 or more.
  • For orders below $20.00, a $2.99 delivery fee applies (inclusive of GST).
  • Orders are delivered by our logistics partners, usually within 3–5 business days.
  • You will receive a notification via SMS once the item is on the way.
  • Delivery may occur anytime between 9am and 10pm (no preferred time windows available).


Delivery Attempts:

  • Ensure someone is available at your selected delivery address.
  • Our logistics partner will make a reasonable number of delivery attempts.
  • If all attempts are unsuccessful, you will incur the standard delivery fee.
  • If payment is not received, shcent reserves the right to cancel the order, and only the cost of the purchased items will be refunded.
  • If your order previously qualified for free delivery, you will be notified of any changes accordingly.

Contactless Delivery:

We will proceed with contactless delivery only if you explicitly authorize it during checkout or by informing our logistics partner.
