shcent's Exchange Elegibility Guidelines:
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must meet the following enchanting criteria:
- Product was purchased within the past 7 days.
- The product you wish to exchange is accompanied by its original receipt or a valid proof of purchase.
- The product remains untouched, unopened, ensconced in its original packaging, and in a pristine selling state.
For exchange requests, please bring your products to our office for processing. Ensure that you have the original purchase receipt and the product in its original packaging to facilitate a smooth exchange. Our team will assist you with the exchange process and address any questions or concerns you may have. If you need further assistance or have any queries before visiting, feel free to contact us.
Enchanting Exchange Policy:
- Exchange Delight: Should the product you've purchased prove to be defective or vary from your receipt, we gladly offer exchanges.
- Price Parity: If the product you wish to exchange for is of a higher value than your initial purchase, you'll simply need to supplement the price difference.
- Fair Trade: Conversely, if your desired exchange item is of a lower value, no change will be provided.
- Single Exchange Stipulation: Please note that product exchanges can only be performed once and this privilege will no longer be applicable for future transactions.

Product that falls short of quality standards
A defect represents a flaw within a product, stemming from either manufacturing or design issues, which obstructs the product from fulfilling its intended purpose.
Should you have reason to believe that the item you've received is flawed, kindly reach out to us at customercare@shcent.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please provide your purchase information along with accompanying photos and/or videos to substantiate your claim. We will then commence an inquiry to pinpoint the specific defect. Once the defect is confirmed, shcent will proceed to authorize a one-time exchange for you.
shcent's Essential Oils are crafted using 100% natural ingredients, and it's essential to note that the scent's strength and color can naturally differ between batches, depending on the harvest. Consequently, variations in the scent's strength and color across batches of shcent Essential Oils are not indicative of defects; rather, they reflect the inherent diversity of our natural ingredients.

When your package arrives in a state of disarray, here's the action plan
It is our commitment at shcent to ensure that each item is meticulously packed, using adequate cushioning. However, if you discover upon unpacking that your item has suffered damage or breakage, please promptly capture a photo of the damages and share it with us at customercare@shcent.com. Our team will then get in touch with you to provide guidance on the replacement process.

In cases where a product consists of multiple components, we may dispatch replacements solely for the parts that have incurred damage.

shcent's Monetary Refund Guidelines
Given the delicate nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene, we do not offer refunds for non-defective items. Refunds for defective products will be evaluated individually and granted at the discretion of our management following a thorough investigation.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at customercare@shcent.com within seven days of receiving the defective item requesting a refund, providing your order number and the reason for the refund.
Upon approval of the refund request, the reimbursement will be initiated within a span of 14 days and it will be credited back to the original payment method.
To complete the refund process, please ensure that you return the product in its original packaging and in unused condition to our office. This step is necessary to finalize the refund and ensure that the product meets our return policy requirements.
